Mr. Hannan will throughly listen to your concerns, hopes, and fears and take the time necessary to see the issues as you see them. This is key. Beyond considering the purely legal issues, Mr. Hannan will consider and discuss factors which are non-legal, such as the inter-personal dynamics and potential fallout of certain legal avenues. He will then discuss your options, intended or anticipated results, and how best to proceed. For instance, is mediation possible or must the matter be litigated? If 1itigation is sought, then Mr. Hannan will aggressively and tenaciously litigate the matter in Court. After all, Divorce Attorneys are Trial Attorneys.
